WUWI Clothing (WUWI Custom Clothing and WUWI Exclusives)
Dispatch and Delivery
WUWI aims to dispatch all WUWI Exclusive garments within 1-2 days of confirmation of an accepted order. WUWI custom garments may take longer to dispatch, as they are all hand produced. WUWI endeavours to dispatch all WUWI custom garments within 3 working days of order confirmation. If further delays are expected through the custom service, for example, a high volume of orders, then WUWI will display any such delay times within the WUWI custom page prior to purchase
Delivery charges
Delivery is currently free for all orders destined for the United Kingdom.
Delivery charges to other countries are discounted and charges are clearly stated in the checkout process. Items are dispatched for recorded delivery so a signature will be required upon receipt of goods.
Insurance
We strongly recommend you use a recorded (next day/insured) delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit after leaving our premises although we will arrange replacements or refunds once a claim has been completed with the appropriate postal company. If you live outside the UK please contact us for a price guide.
Customs
If your delivery address is outside the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. You understand that all charges of this nature will be borne by you. WUWI may supply a Customs Label containing a brief description, and a valuation of the parcel's contents.

WUWI Exclusives
We endeavour to make only the highest quality garments and believe you will love your WUWI product. However, for your extra peace of mind all purchases are covered by our 14 day exchange or refund promise. So, if you are unhappy with the product in any way it can be returned to us following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.
The product must be returned unworn, in its original packaging with all tags still attached and in its original condition.
If you return the product in its original condition including tags & packaging, we will refund you any money that you have paid us for that product, or provide you with a price match alternative if required. The original postage cost is not refundable under normal circumstances. If you return an item to us that is faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason that is our fault, we will also pay for the cost of the return postage (up to a maximum of £3.50). If this happens, please contact us first and we will let you know how you should send the item to us.

WUWI Custom clothing products are personalised, therefore we can only accept returns of products in their original condition, unworn with all tags still attached within 7 days of despatch at the discretion of our Customer Services team, provided that either the goods have been damaged in transit, or the goods suffer from a manufacturing defect. WUWI custom clothing cannot be returned if you are merely unhappy with the garment. Take care when creating custom clothing to consider tags, ID-tags, position and colour choice carefully.
Special Notice for WUWI custom garments - sometimes during production of custom garments, a residual press mark may appear on the fabric. It looks like the fabric is lighter around the printed area. This usually only occurs on dark fabrics. DO NOT WORRY... this is quite normal and will disappear once washed or ironed. It's exactly the same as ironing half a shirt. The ironed area appears slightly lighter than the un-ironed area. We recommend you wash your custom garment before wearing, especially if you have chosen flock. The washing process allows the flock to expand and' fluff' up to its ideal state. By all means wear you garment right away, however if there is a slight press mark then simply iron the rest of the garment taking care to avoid ironing over the print.

Size Guide
All WUWI garments are designed to be a regular, comfortable fit. Slightly loose if anything.. certainly not tight. So if, for example you usually buy size medium then a WUWI medium will be fine for you. If you like a slim, tight shirt then you may wish to consider a smaller size. Likewise, if you prefer a very baggy fit to your shirts then a larger size may be advisable.
